Name fits the customer

Had a Uhaul idiot the other day who’s name was fitting. (Name is pronounced walking dorf ) He changed the piece of equipment he wanted 45 minutes AFTER he was supposed to pick up. When he called to do this I told him that would be difficult.

Have spent 3 hours today trying to figure out a new Uhaul spreadsheet to keep up with their new accounting and paying system. I have about pulled all my hair out and have tabled it till tomorrow when I have help to cover my back and someone to bounce off my ideas with.
